About the Role
Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, an award-winning family-friendly resort, is seeking a talented and personable Bartender for its food and bar service outlets. The ideal candidate is familiar with various drink recipes and can deliver excellent guest service. Responsibilities include serving patrons at the saloon, pool bar, and dining room. Weekends and holidays are required. This is a tipped position.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality service to each guest while maintaining a clean bar area in accordance with the resort’s guidelines and sanitation standards
- Mix all drinks based on serving sizes as trained
- Maintain an efficient work pace to ensure guests are satisfied at the saloon and dining room at all times
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout your shift
- Perform alcohol inventories at the end of each shift to maintain proper inventory
Requirements
- 1+ years bartending experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, adept at multitasking, and a true team player
- Ability to lift 50 lbs at a time on a regular basis and work on your feet throughout your shift
- A flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability is required
