- Design and deliver compelling performance presentations regarding contractual SLAs directly to senior and executive management, translating complex technical insights into clear business outcomes.
- Continuously track and optimize technical health indicators—including API usage, integrations, custom modules, and login trends—to catch and mitigate risks before they ever impact stability.
- Team up with internal Premium Advisors to evaluate support case patterns, delivering operational efficiencies and advising on robust workarounds during critical events.
- Lead the charge on small proof-of-concept pilot projects, testing out-of-the-box software scenarios with stakeholders before running a full-scale organization roll-out.
- Collaborate seamlessly across internal customer-facing functions to synchronize account planning, champion customer feedback, and align technical priorities with upcoming releases.
Requirements

- Display the flexibility to accommodate EMEA time zones alongside the excitement and readiness to travel internationally (with notice) up to 25% of the time.
- Possess a unique ability to rapidly digest complex technical architectures and effortlessly reduce complexity when communicating with executive or non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a solid handle on front-end development technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, RESTful APIs) alongside back-end practices and Single Sign-On protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML).
- Master at least two of the following: creating/executing SQL queries, leveraging iPaaS technology (e.g., Workato, Zapier), or steering BI reporting tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Looker).
