About the Role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will enhance sales force productivity by streamlining operational processes. You will support various sales functions, contribute to the smooth execution of sales activities, and drive the efficiency and reliability of sales operations to help the sales team achieve their targets.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor routine sales reports and analytics.
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of sales projects.
• Maintain and improve sales process documentation.
• Calculate and verify sales compensation and incentive payouts.
• Support data integrity initiatives within sales systems.
• Participate in the development and administration of sales training materials.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide support for sales system and tool utilization.
• Assist in analyzing sales performance metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives.

Requirements
