About the Role
AEG is seeking Guest Services Staff, Ushers/Ticket Takers, and Usher Supervisors to provide exceptional service and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests at our San Francisco venues. These roles are essential to delivering memorable experiences for our patrons.
Responsibilities
- Answer guest inquiries and provide directions to venue amenities
- Operate coat check services
- Scan tickets and administer wristbands for event access
- Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption to ensure safety
- Assist guests with seating and ADA accommodations
- Enforce venue policies and procedures
- Participate in emergency evacuation procedures
- Supervise usher staff and daily operations
- Conduct staff briefings and training sessions
- Resolve guest complaints and manage behavior issues
- Communicate via radio with security and box office staff
- Monitor uniform inventory and distribution
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience for Guest Services Staff
- 0-1 years of related experience for Usher/Ticket Taker
- 4 years of related experience for Usher Supervisor
- 4 years of experience as an usher for Usher Supervisor
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
