About the Role

Our technicians are the hub of our business, valued for their skill, dedication, and drive in keeping the company moving forward and growing.

Responsibilities

  • Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty and niche municipal equipment.
  • Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Requirements

  • Valid 310T Truck & Coach or 421A Heavy Equipment Technician certification.
  • Previous experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract.
  • Positive attitude, safety-first mindset, and a team-oriented approach.

Salary/Compensations

  • $40.00 to $45.00 per hour for licensed technicians.
