About the Role

Clipboard is transforming the talent marketplace by connecting workplaces with professionals they need, when they need them. As an Account Executive, you'll own and grow Clipboard's presence across the country, with an emphasis on your local market: building relationships, signing new facility partners, and ensuring customers succeed on our platform. Your success in the role is measured by the revenue generated by new customers.

Responsibilities

Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partners predominantly via Inside Sales channels
Occasionally visit prospects and current customers in your local area to optimize their business outcomes & Clipboard's
Attend conferences, Clipboard-run local events, and other industry functions
Develop a deep understanding of the Long Term Care (LTC) landscape and competitors
Partner with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
Maintain clear pipeline and activity tracking in CRM (B2B Sales Environment)

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills across clinical and business audiences
Curiosity, persistence, and a bias for action
Organization and autonomy in managing your own schedule and pipeline
A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel locally (10-20%)
