About the Role

As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will perform housekeeping duties to ensure plant operations can add value and quality to the creation of final high-quality products. You will be responsible for the cleaning and continual upkeep of buildings, facilities, and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to quickly to changes
• Follows all good manufacturing practices, quality, production, training, and housekeeping standards, as well as standard operating procedures on tasks
• Able to multi-task and keep up with demands in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 6+ months of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Always respectful
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods
• May include areas where dust and chemicals are present
• Required to work scheduled shift which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime
