About the Role

This pivotal leadership role is responsible for driving the continued growth and development of the Food & Pharma Division across the Nordic region. The focus is on identifying market opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and executing commercial strategies that deliver profitable growth and an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities

Drive the continued growth and development of the Food & Pharma Division across the Nordic region.
Identify market opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.

Develop commercial excellence and strengthen data-driven sales capabilities.
Ensure structured pipeline management, forecasting, and business performance.
Shape the division’s strategic direction and refine ways of working.

Hold full responsibility for the division’s financial performance and organizational development.
Lead and develop a high-performing commercial organization.
Ensure strong collaboration across functions and markets.
Contribute actively to the Nordic management team.
Collaborate with the central division and colleagues across the Northern Europe Cluster.
