Responsibilities
- Hunt for new business within assigned territory through external networks and cold calling, meeting or exceeding weekly quotas.
- Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers.
- Present tailored growth opportunities and efficiencies to current and potential clients.
- Utilize consultative selling skills to overcome objections, identify key trends, and uncover customer needs.
- Leverage industry knowledge to find and close sales opportunities.
- Present products and services that can benefit customers.
- Leverage industry-leading technology to deliver exceptional results and drive customer success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; must have graduated within the last 3 years.
- Sales-related experience or degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Willingness and ability to relocate within the U.S. as needed.

Salary/Compensations
- $57,000 (Program Months 1 & 2)
- $53,000 base + up to $17,000 commission annually (Program Months 3 & 4)
- $93,300 to $117,500 annually at 100% sales target (Post Program)
- Up to $225,000+ annually (Post Program, high achievers)
