About the Role

Capitol Chevrolet is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing Pre-Owned Vehicle Department. This role offers the opportunity to earn a six-figure income within a supportive environment with strong lead flow and a large inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle
• Build strong relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic
• Maintain customer information in the CRM
• Work closely with management to maximize opportunities and profitability
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
