About the Role
This role offers an opportunity for a seasoned administrative support professional to hone their skills and grow with an impactful team. The position involves coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate data, communicating with various internal and external parties, and organizing projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings for various groups, handling both in-person and virtual logistics.
- Distribute regular communications and assist with outreach initiatives.
- Maintain SharePoint and/or other document sharing portals to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Update information on various platforms and utilize a range of technologies and applications.
- Facilitate financial and legal processes, including contracts and expense claims.
- Correspond with external and internal parties through multiple channels and document communications for record keeping.
Requirements
- Event planning knowledge.
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
- Organized, attentive, and deadline-driven.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative.
- Knowledgeable about the Canadian healthcare landscape.
