About the Role
This role supports client onboarding and account opening within Citigroup's Banking, Credit and Investments platform, requiring independent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Partners with Sales teams and liaises with internal partners (KYC, AC Opening, Product) to fulfill client requests.
- Performs client onboarding & account opening, KYC process management, client relationship management, and documentation oversight.
- Independently solves complex problems and deals with most issues.
- Communicates complex/sensitive information systematically.
- Achieves sub-function/job family objectives by understanding team and area integration.
- Assesses and escalates risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.
- Adheres to policy, applies sound ethical judgment, and manages/reports control issues.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage internal and external relationships.
- High degree of engagement and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Canada investment license required.
