About the Role
As an Alignment Technician at Belle Tire, you will keep life moving for customers by providing expert automotive repairs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. We seek individuals passionate about cars and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform wheel alignments, steering/suspension repairs, oil changes, and other routine services.
- Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations for quality and service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
Requirements
- 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- State of Michigan Mechanic Certification (Applicable in Michigan Only)
- 1 year of vehicle alignment experience
- Customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds
