Responsible for operating molding presses and related equipment to produce quality products.

Operate molding presses.
Load and unload raw materials and parts.
Monitor and adjust machine instrumentation.
Weight out materials, trim/adjust material size and/or weight.
Ensure proper housekeeping by clearing and cleaning workspace.
Complete all paperwork pertaining to production neatly and correctly following all quality standards.
Perform visual checks of the molded parts.
Monitor, record, and report all scrap.
Meet production targets.
Perform inspection of machine to identify potential malfunctions.
Follow all Vaupell policies, standard operating procedures, and safety practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma/general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience, training, and education.
Ability to read, speak, understand, and follow instructions in English.
Capable of using basic hand tools.
Comprehension of basic math, including fractions, decimals, averages, and percentages.
Must be able to wear and properly use required personal protective equipment.
Must be a "US Person" (i.e. US Citizen or Permanent Resident) for ITAR and EAR compliance.
