About the Role
OzTREKK is seeking a part-time Territory Manager for a one-year contract position to oversee recruitment efforts across North America. The ideal candidate will be confident, creative, and passionate about helping students pursue education abroad, contributing to the organization's growth and interest in program areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders, including university student groups, university advisors, and high school advisors.
- Manage student recruitment activities, coordinating virtual and in-person presentations for universities and high schools across North America.
- Establish and maintain relationships with influential student groups and local high school advisors.
- Create an annual territory sales plan to meet territory targets.
- Collaborate with internal Marketing and Admissions teams to promote OzTREKK's services to students considering education abroad.
Requirements
- Experience in creating and developing strategic ideas.
- Comfort with public speaking.
- Ability to easily create relationships and make others feel comfortable.
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
- A strategic mindset and enthusiasm for personal growth.
