About the Role
As a fullstack engineer on one of our product teams, you'll own real features from day one, working alongside our CTO, product, and design to build software that finance professionals actually love to use. Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end across the full stack, from backend systems to the interfaces users interact with every day.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and finance experts to shape what we build, not just how we build it.
- Ship high-quality software through continuous delivery, test-driven development, and a strong sense of ownership in production.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping in a product engineering environment
- Pragmatic problem solver who thinks about user impact, not just technical correctness
- Actively incorporates AI tools into your day-to-day workflow, not just as a productivity shortcut but as a way to tackle problems differently
- Hungry to learn, grow fast, and contribute in a collaborative, high-bar engineering environment
