About the Role

This role combines high-impact executive support with ownership of the overall workplace experience and operational excellence. You will partner closely with senior leaders to enable executive effectiveness, design and deliver engaging employee experiences, and provide administrative support to People Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day office operations of the Toronto Office, ensuring the office is welcoming, functional, organized, and guest-ready.
  • Act as primary liaison with building management, facilities, cleaning services, maintenance vendors, and service providers.
  • Coordinate, plan, and execute weekly employee events.
  • Manage office and kitchen operations, including supplies, inventory, coffee programs, shipping/receiving, and general workplace logistics.
  • Support onboarding logistics and first-day office experiences for new employees.
  • Ensure workplace health, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met.
  • Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to executive leaders, acting as a trusted partner.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination, including prioritization and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate executive travel, itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics.
  • Process travel and expense related items.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in executive administrative support, office management, or workplace experience roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities while protecting executive support time.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Compensations

  • $60,000 - $70,000 annually
