About the Role
Bond crafts innovative solutions to strengthen brand loyalty and drive sustainable growth. The Loyalty PMO team delivers large-scale, integrated programs that unite strategy, creative, analytics, communications, and technology. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs for high-profile clients, focusing on the automotive sector. This role requires strategic insight, hands-on project management expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding work on time, within scope, and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs, ensuring alignment and successful delivery across internal teams and external partners.
- Act as a strategic partner, developing deep knowledge of client goals, industry context, competitors, and customer engagement strategies.
- Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, communications, risk and change management, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate across strategy, creative, analytics, communications, and technology disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage budgets and resources, including forecasting, tracking spend, developing statements of work, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Facilitate ongoing client communication — leading updates, managing ad hoc requests, and ensuring transparency on project health.
- Establish clear communication cadences and documentation, ensuring clarity on milestones, achievements, and resolutions.
- Maintain quality assurance across all deliverables and continuously improve project processes.
- Support pipeline forecasting and account reporting, identifying efficiencies and opportunities for added value.
Requirements
- 7+ years in project management or project lead roles, ideally within an agency, loyalty, automotive, or marketing environment.
- Proven success delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills — able to build trust, influence, and collaborate effectively.
- Expertise in project planning tools (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to translate strategic objectives into actionable deliverables.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical skills.

Salary/Compensations
