About the Role
World Labs is seeking an operational lead to manage the operating cadence of the Marble team, encompassing research, platform, and product. This role involves owning the burndown and risk register, resolving blockers, and coordinating launch readiness for models and products. It's a high-leverage, individual contributor position focused on driving operational efficiency and cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals.
- Build scalable run-of-business systems, including launch calendars and intake frameworks.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, and Research.
- Facilitate roadmap planning and maintain organizational transparency.
- Support Early Access Programs and alpha testing to validate product-market fit.
- Manage end-to-end launch coordination, ensuring timely rollouts and post-launch monitoring.
- Maintain cross-team roadmap visibility for GTM, Product, and leadership alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a similar operational role at a high-growth tech or AI company.
- Experience building and scaling processes and programs from scratch.
- Experience with AI-native products, particularly where model quality and output reliability are crucial.
- Ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority.
- Comfort translating strategy into actionable plans and driving them to closure.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to harness collective intelligence.
