About the Role

Responsibilities

• Schedule and deploy clinical staff to meet facility program needs.
• Supervise staff, including training, scheduling, coaching, resolving issues, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with discipline and terminations.
• Direct the provision of quality patient care and provide patient care skills development opportunities.
• Conduct routine clinical/compliance audits in assigned and adjacent areas.
• Direct efficient caseload management and scheduling of patients.
• Review and analyze facility case mix and contribution margin.
• Manage new facility start-ups and labor costs within the geographic area.
• Ensure strong customer relations within assigned facilities.
• Manage day-to-day customer issues and work for satisfactory resolution.
• Provide regular feedback to assigned staff regarding expectations and performance.
• Develop corrective plans of action for risks or concerns identified and ensure good outcomes of deficiencies noted.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel between facilities during scheduled hours.
• Must be able to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Basic Internet navigation skills.

Work Type

• Travel time up to 75%

Experience Level

• Minimum of five years clinical experience
• At least three years in patient care
• One to two years of successful clinical management

Education Level

• Associates degree, or higher, in Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), or Speech Language Pathology (SLP) required.
