About the Role
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality field support for diagnostic equipment, ensuring stable operation, improving customer satisfaction, and building long-term customer relationships. In addition to executing core field activities independently, this role is expected to proactively identify customer needs and contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide installation, training, and operational support
- Ensure accuracy, safety, and stable performance of products
- Perform upgrades and troubleshooting
- Support product demonstrations and safe use
- Explain product features and scientific background clearly
- Build trust and understand needs to provide solutions
- Conduct site presentations and improve satisfaction
- Handle complaints per regulations and procedures
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
- Share customer insights and opportunities
- Monitor market trends such as competitors information
- Support business growth by generating leads & keeping customer retentions
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
