About the Role
Mace is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the team for a Rail & Transit project in Toronto. This role involves leading planning and scheduling, providing expertise in project controls and EVM, and managing teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and scheduling activities, applying advanced methods, techniques and tools to optimise delivery.
- Provide expertise in project controls, Earned Value Management and programme methodologies to support successful outcomes.
- Communicate analysis and corrective measures clearly to clients, teams and stakeholders, influencing complex requirements.
- Manage and develop professional teams delivering planning and schedule management services.
- Build strong client relationships, influencing acceptance of proposals and recommendations that drive value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to embed sustainability, carbon reduction and net zero transition into programme delivery.
Requirements
- Professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA) or equivalent demonstrable development.
- Extensive experience in planning and successful delivery of projects and programmes.
- Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management expertise with proven leadership of diverse teams.
- Knowledge of sustainability, carbon reduction and digital innovation shaping project outcomes.
