About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our London team, focusing on marketing for world-class sporting brands. You will manage strategically important clients, lead campaign management for multi-million pound budgets, and ensure cross-departmental alignment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate campaigns within timelines, budget, and to high client standards.
- Deliver high-profile productions with talent, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Sustain client relationships and drive account growth over extended periods.
- Identify opportunities with existing clients that lead to future briefs and account growth.
- Lead teams across production, research, strategy, creative, and editorial to achieve goals and measurable impact.
- Create captivating content from scratch and enhance existing assets for high engagement.
- Demonstrate social expertise, providing client recommendations based on trends, developments, and new technology.
- Orchestrate multiple workstreams and projects across multiple accounts while overseeing a team for delivery.
- Ensure all activities comply with established sign-off processes.
- Create client report presentations and manage internal and external status reporting.
- Present confidently on camera and manage shoots independently.
- Take full accountability for results and deliverables.
- Work on fast-paced accounts.
- Be solutions-driven and confident in vocalizing solutions.
- Minimize the need for clients/stakeholders to escalate issues or require unnecessary input from colleagues.
- Contribute new ideas internally that are adopted.
- Manage day-to-day client demands and team needs.
- Work with a Senior Account Director to lead campaign management for multi-million £ budgets.
- Explain how you have worked cross-departmental to ensure alignment and deadlines have been met.
