About the Role

This role involves simplifying and automating processes across Operations, Inventory, HR, and Finance, with the goal of saving each team member 30 minutes daily. You will work closely with the C-team on strategic projects, from finding new office spaces to implementing new company processes, and ensuring the successful deployment and operation of robots on customer sites.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the C-team on key strategic projects.
  • Find new office spaces.
  • Instantiate new company processes amongst the team.
  • Ensure the successful delivery and operations of robots onto customer sites.
  • Design and develop new processes, such as supplier management and tracking of internal inventory.
  • Improve and automate important business operations, including accounting, team member shifts, and holiday tracking.
  • Deliver real-world impact using cutting-edge robotics.

Requirements

  • Comfortable solving challenges across Operations, Inventory, HR, Finance etc.
  • Power user of the latest AI-tools.
  • Demonstrate experience using AI to automate business processes.
  • Love solving problems outside of your comfort zone or area of expertise.
  • Highly self-driven and proactive.
  • Willing to travel (UK only) up to 3-4 days per week during key deployment periods.
  • Willing to support customers on site during operational hours (can start at 4am).
  • Highly ambitious: comfortable taking a project from concept to completion.
  • Self-directed and proactive: thrive in a dynamic, unpredictable, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Enthusiastic team players: ask questions, help others, and communicate effectively.
