About the Role

You’re a highly experienced Senior Digital Producer, balancing strategy, client partnership, and operational leadership. You will lead significant digital projects, guide clients, and contribute to the evolution of Koto’s digital practice by refining processes and raising delivery standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of web and app projects, from scoping and planning through launch and optimization.
  • Create clarity from ambiguity, structuring projects for optimal team performance and strong outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership on pitches, proposals, and business development.
  • Build trusted client and internal team relationships, communicating proactively and confidently.
  • Champion delivery excellence by refining processes and adapting methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid).
  • Own project resourcing and forecasting in partnership with the Senior Resource Manager and leadership.
  • Anticipate future needs and identify risks to ensure team success.
  • Take ownership of project budgets, scopes, timelines, and change requests, negotiating confidently.
  • Report proactively on budgets, timelines, KPIs, and project health to leadership and finance.
  • Support broader studio and monthly goals.
  • Think holistically about digital experiences, understanding the intersection of brand, strategy, UX, content, and technology.
  • Translate ambitious ideas into effective and well-executed digital products.
  • Contribute to the growth of Koto’s digital practice by shaping tools, processes, and delivery approaches.

  • Confidence in leading multidisciplinary teams through ambitious digital engagements.
  • Understanding of building digital products and experiences.
  • Ability to balance client expectations, team needs, budgets, timelines, and creative ambition.
  • Ability to confidently position Koto’s digital expertise to clients, leads, and founders.
  • Calm and clarity in navigating challenging moments.
