About the Role

Tricentis is seeking a Legal Counsel for the Americas to join its global legal team, focusing on commercial matters and offering broad business exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice, transaction support, and contract drafting and negotiation for commercial transactions.
• Support sales and procurement organizations.
• Assist with strategic corporate transactions, including acquisitions and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and playbooks for legal and contracting operations.
• Participate in the development of policies, procedures, and playbooks for legal and contracting operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sophisticated commercial contracting experience (in-house or law firm).
• Familiarity with legal issues related to licensing and sales of on-prem software, SaaS, cloud, and related professional services.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Member of a US state bar in good standing.
• Must not be listed on any government restricted party lists.
• Must certify that employment would not violate any sanctions or export control regulations.
• Must notify of any status changes during the application process or subsequent employment.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
