About the Role

Responsibilities

• Proactively promote sales with your knowledge of menu components, ingredients, preparation, and taste.
• Co-responsible for the preparation of conference rooms.
• Ensure correct and complete daily accounting.

Requirements

• Successfully completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the F&B sector.
• Familiarity with Micros Point of Sale system.

Skills

• Knowledge of coffee, wines, and cocktails.
