About the Role
This role supports the development and delivery of strategic public-sector opportunities within a growing organisation serving the housing, construction, and public sectors. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and have regular exposure to senior leadership, playing a key part in expanding the organisation's public-sector presence.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop public-sector opportunities.
- Support the management and progression of the opportunity pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare high-quality bids and submissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with public-sector stakeholders and framework providers.
- Monitor procurement opportunities and framework developments.
- Assist in developing commercially viable opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Provide regular pipeline updates and market intelligence to senior management.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure successful bid and project outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in a business development, bidding, partnerships, or opportunity-focused role.
- Exposure to housing, construction, regeneration, or public-sector environments.
- Understanding of public-sector procurement processes and frameworks.
- Experience managing or supporting opportunity pipelines.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities.
Salary/Compensations
- £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + OTE £75,000
