About the Role

As a Working Student in Human Resources at Innomotics, you will support the HR Business Partners in their daily operations and assist with standard information requests. This role is ideal for students interested in current HR trends and developments.

Responsibilities

• Support in the operational day-to-day business of HR Business Partners and in processing information requests on standard topics.
• Support in the recruiting process: formulation and preparation of job advertisements; review and pre-selection of applications.
• Creation of documents according to clear templates, documentation of processes in the HR department.
• Participation in the planning and organization of projects and events.
• Creation of evaluations / presentations.
• Coordination and processing of team mailboxes.

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Business Law, Business Psychology, or similar, and seeking a long-term working student position.
• Interested in current HR trends and developments in the world of work.
• Proficient in common MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Possess strong organizational skills, a quick grasp of concepts, and a precise and reliable work ethic.
• Enjoy working with people and want to effectively utilize your strong team and communication skills.
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
