About the Role

Too Good To Go is seeking an IT Support Specialist in London to provide technical ownership and SaaS governance, manage systems, and ensure access control. The role involves first response to support requests, incident coordination, and managing identity and endpoint defense, including device-level security and secure onboarding/offboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical owner for core stack systems including JumpCloud, Google Workspace, M365, Slack, and YouTrack.
  • Provide administrative support and user management for departmental tools, acting as the central technical contact.
  • Enforce access governance across all managed systems, ensuring adherence to the 'Principle of Least Privilege' and regular audits.
  • Own the lifecycle of support requests via YouTrack, resolving hardware and software issues globally.
  • Act as a first responder for IT outages or security events, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Manage SentinelOne at the device level, ensuring 100% deployment coverage and triaging security alerts.
  • Execute secure onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring precise provisioning and revocation of access.
  • Maintain hardware inventory and enforce the 'No-BYOD' policy.
  • Support strategic IT projects, including automation of cross-platform migrations and SSO integrations.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with User Management.
  • Experience providing end-user IT support and resolving diverse IT issues.
  • Ability to identify, investigate, and solve IT problems.
  • Full professional proficiency in English for global communication via email, chat, and video meetings.
  • Positive and adaptable attitude with the ability to handle daily changes and challenges.
  • Strong drive and ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
