About the Role
Engage with customers in premium hospitality areas, providing excellent service and representing the club as the face of the company on matchdays. This role involves being part of the excitement of a matchday, typically lasting 6-8 hours.
Responsibilities
- Present oneself in a smart, friendly, and professional manner.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule of Premier League and cup matchdays.
- Meet, greet, and make all guests feel welcome to the club’s premium areas.
- Possess good knowledge of the stadium, Premium lounges, and relevant seat locations, and assist with customer queries.
- Engage in friendly, professional, and informative conversation with guests when appropriate.
- Confidently approach and be approached by clients to communicate essential matchday information.
- Offer a warm welcome and friendly goodbye to clients on matchdays.
- Perform other duties as required by the line manager.
- Uphold and promote the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Equal Opportunities.
