About the Role

Manage internal projects for a team of several people and advise partners. Oversee complex always-on projects on social networks (Instagram and TikTok), guiding them from strategy and concept to performance marketing. Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic partner management and project management, ideally in social media (focus Instagram & TikTok) and with complex communication projects.
Proactive, problem-solving, and highly self-motivated.
Independent, structured, and with high quality standards.
Strategic thinking and independent action.
Familiarity with key social KPIs and ability to interpret data.
Fluent in German and business-fluent in English.
Regular presence in the Berlin office is expected, with flexibility determined in coordination with the team.
