About the Role

Coordination of a project for the further training of psychosocial staff in Ukraine, including on-site training, is sought, subject to funding approval.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of project processes
• Recruitment and selection of participants
• Accompanying evaluation and supervision
• Preparation and execution of multi-day on-site training for psychosocial staff (Ukrainian or with interpretation)
• Preparation for and participation in project group meetings
• General project management (e.g., preparation of project reports, coordination with project partners, administration, etc.)

Requirements

• Completed academic university degree in psychology (Master's or Diploma)
• Practical experience in psychological psychotherapy (VT, state license desirable)
• Experience in conducting training in a transcultural context, ideally in the region
• Very good English skills, ideally Ukrainian language skills
• Expertise in the treatment of trauma-related disorders
• High degree of independence, structured way of working, reliability, and great interest in working in a multicultural setting
• Experience in project coordination
