About the Role

CIRCLE STUDIOS is Sony Music Germany's inhouse audio recording and content/music video studio, located in Berlin. The Creative Productions team develops and realizes authentic and visually strong content with Sony Music artists, including music videos, concert accompaniments, behind-the-scenes material, live sessions, social media content, and livestream productions. We are looking for a motivated individual with a proactive mindset, structured, reliable, and hands-on approach to join our team.

Responsibilities

Support planning, preparation, and execution of productions.
Provide photo and video support for music video, social media, and BTS productions.
Independently create and edit photo and video assets.
Assist with livestreams, studio sessions, events, and content days.
Maintain and organize production data, equipment, and project overviews.
Oversee studio premises and equipment.
Manage the CIRCLE STUDIOS Instagram account.
Support organizational and operational production processes.
Maintain data storage during and after productions.
Collaborate with internal teams, artist management, and external creatives.

Requirements

Passion for content production, social media, music, and design.
Experience in visual realization of creative ideas.
Practical experience in film, photo, or content production.
Experience operating cameras, ideally Sony (Alpha, FX) or Blackmagic (Pocket).
Advanced skills in photo, video, and editing workflows.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).
Experience with DaVinci Resolve, color grading, or content post-production is ideal.
Basic understanding of production processes, set etiquette, and producing.
Structured, clean, and reliable work ethic.
High sense of responsibility and careful handling of technical equipment and data.
Ability to prioritize tasks independently and communicate proactively.
Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility.
Possession of a driver's license for transporting equipment.
Ability to remain organized and solution-oriented in stressful situations.
Openness to feedback and willingness to learn and develop.
Professional demeanor in team and production contexts.
Good communication skills in German and English.
Friendly and confident interaction with artists, management, stakeholders, and partners.
Strong foundation, takes responsibility seriously, and desires to be part of a professional Creative Production Unit.
