About the Role
As our new Regional Management Assistant DACH/UK, you will work closely with the Regional Director of Operations in leading a variety of venues within The Social Hub community. Your home base will be our hub in Berlin. You will be responsible for providing support to the operations teams in Vienna, Berlin & Glasgow, contributing to efficient operations, and facilitating processes for operational excellence, staff well-being, and community happiness. This includes quality- and cost-management, process improvements, and project management of hotel initiatives, as well as supporting hotel team leaders on HR-related topics.
Responsibilities
- Work closely on day-to-day operations across the region.
- Support local leadership on projects in HR, operational excellence, quality, and cost control.
- Support teams with planning and ongoing projects, tooling & systems, and communications.
- Ensure controls are in place to safeguard operations in hotels, restaurants, bars, and co-working spaces.
- Manage and adjust operational procedures for all locations.
- Maintain and implement TSH standards of quality in all operations.
- Travel across the region as needed to provide support.
Requirements
- Around 1-2 years of working experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality management or other Management studies.
- Excellent communication skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
- Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations.
- Personal integrity with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy.
- Fluency in English; other languages are a bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
