About the Role
You are a technical all-rounder who keeps our applications running and improves them. Your daily work involves a mix of operational troubleshooting, strategic process development, and close collaboration with clients and the development team. You will analyze support tickets, debug browser issues, build KPI dashboards, and advance our ISO 27001 certification, balancing detailed work with the big picture.
Responsibilities
- Perform 2nd-level support: analyze reported errors, identify causes, and coordinate solutions with the development team or resolve them directly.
- Ensure ongoing quality assurance of applications: check browser compatibility, performance, and monitoring to ensure products function correctly.
- Take technical responsibility for the OpsHub, our operations team: own complexity, establish processes for standardized, KPI-based operations, and continuously develop the team and its structures.
- Act as the interface between clients and the internal operations team: translate client inquiries, requirements, and technical details into business language with developer assistance.
- Proactively work on improvements to ensure we operate applications we can be proud of.
- Significantly contribute to compliance and IT security within the scope of our ISO 27001 certification.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience as a Product Owner, Developer, or in a comparable technical role.
- Experience in Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps, and Web and Mobile Development.
- Good technical understanding and excellent communication with stakeholders from both tech and business.
- Hands-on mentality: engage with support tickets, debug problems, analyze incidents and root causes, and use these insights to systematically improve processes and operations.
- Perseverance with unclear issues: work through problems until they are solvable for development, and have the confidence to qualify incomplete tickets back to clients.
- Attention to detail and precise work, high standards for quality, and the desire to be proud of your work – combined with a good sense for internal priorities and balancing pragmatism.
- Interest in actively using AI tools in daily work and continuously discovering new possibilities.
- Interest and enjoyment in setting up and further developing processes and reproducibility.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
