About the Role

Resonetics is a global leader in advanced engineering, prototyping, product development, and micro manufacturing, driving innovation in the medical device industry. We are seeking a motivated Sheets Processor/Operator to operate manufacturing and testing equipment for all Resonetics products, providing manufacturing labor, testing, evaluation, and documentation for production.

Responsibilities

  • Perform charge make-up, melting (VIM), stripping, weighing, cutting, and welding to produce electrodes for re-melting (VAR).
  • Perform (VAR) (ESR) melting, including setup and melting of electrodes.
  • Perform rolling operations, including generating roll downs for test sampling and setting up the rolling process according to procedures.
  • Read, understand, and follow procedures.
  • Maintain production records and enter data into electronic files.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance, including minor repairs and modifications.
  • Perform redraw, wire drawing, cleaning, and annealing.
  • Maintain production records and product identity.
  • Prepare, inspect, and pack product for shipment.
  • Receive, identify, sort, document, store, and distribute bar, coil, slab, sheet, and wire samples for various tests.
  • Safely handle hazardous materials and wastes during production processes.
  • Work safely and follow all safety procedures.
  • Adhere to the two-person minimum requirement for manufacturing or maintenance processes at the facility.

Requirements

  • Initial hazardous waste training is required prior to working with hazardous waste.
  • Annual hazardous waste training is required for all personnel working with hazardous waste.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

Salary/Compensations

  • $21.00/hr plus a shift differential
