About the Role

Operate manufacturing and testing equipment for all SSM products. Provide manufacturing labor, testing, evaluation, and documentation for the production and support of SSM products. Join Resonetics and be part of a team that's redefining medical device manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform charge make-up, melting (VIM), stripping, weighing, cutting, and welding to produce electrodes for re-melting (VAR).
• Perform (VAR) (ESR) melting, including setup and melting of electrodes.
• Perform rolling, generate roll downs for test sampling, internal and external, and set up rolling according to proper procedures.
• Read, understand, and follow procedures.
• Maintain production records and enter data into electronic files.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, including minor repairs and modifications.
• Perform redraw, wire drawing, cleaning, and annealing.
• Maintain production records and product identity.
• Prepare, inspect, and pack product for shipment.
• Receive, identify, sort, document, store, and distribute bar, coil, slab, sheet, and wire samples for chemistry, metallographic, and mechanical tests.
• Safely handle hazardous materials and wastes to carry out production processes.
• Work safely and follow all safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Initial hazardous waste training is required prior to working with hazardous waste.
• Annual hazardous waste training is required for everyone working with hazardous waste.
• Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
