About the Role
As a Senior Process Automation Engineer, you will scale operational efficiency by transitioning manual, spreadsheet-heavy workflows into automated processes. You will act as a high-speed local booster, designing and deploying tactical automation layers and AI-driven agents to eliminate repetitive tasks and optimize communication channels for operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy automated pipelines to connect fragmented systems and eliminate manual data tasks.
- Build internal tools and scripts to reduce administrative overhead.
- Develop 24/7 real-time alerting and notification systems for operational KPIs.
- Leverage AI and LLMs to extract insights from unstructured data and link them to performance metrics.
- Automate data extraction and injection into databases to ensure data accuracy.
- Build automated verification logic for administrative tasks like invoice auditing and partner onboarding.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in Process Automation, Analytics Engineering, DevOps, or Operations Consulting.
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as e-commerce, logistics, delivery, or mobility.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience building custom API connections.
- Hands-on experience with AI APIs, Prompt Engineering, or LLM-driven agents.
- Ability to build stable MVPs and short-term solutions for operational pain points.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
