About the Role
We are seeking a bi-lingual German and English speaking Patient Support Specialist to manage consultation flows via our platform, triage, manage, and resolve patient support interactions. This role will play an important part in shaping the team, culture, and patient offering for our growing German market. The position may involve working Saturdays as part of a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding new patients
- Proactively resolving patient tickets
- Making outbound calls to ensure timely product and service delivery
- Collaborating with internal care teams and operational partners to keep patients informed and ensure timely order delivery
- Monitoring patient sentiment, sharing pain points, escalating issues, fixing bugs, and contributing to product and service improvement
- Supporting the building, implementation, and maintenance of process documentation
- Adapting to changing business needs by taking on new responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing role
- Bi-lingual in German and English (fluent speaking and writing)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt tone of voice to interact with customers
- Naturally empathetic, reliable, and caring
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Skilled with computers
- Experience with CX software is a plus
- Experience with Google Suite is a plus
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus
- Drawn to fast-paced working environments
- Strong bias to action and ability to take initiative
- Fast learner and independent problem solver
- Prior startup experience is a bonus
