About the Role

As an HR Generalist, you will be a central point of contact for employees and managers, handling operational, organizational, and strategic HR tasks. You will ensure HR processes function smoothly, employees feel well-supported, and the company achieves structured, human-centric, and pragmatic growth.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on HR-related and labor/social law issues.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting to onboarding and offboarding.
• Professionally manage and develop HR administration.
• Actively shape employee development and training initiatives.
• Build out HR structures, processes, and standards to foster a sustainable learning and development culture.
• Collaborate with external partners such as tax advisors, health insurance companies, and authorities.
• Identify potential within the company and initiate measures for talent development.
• Ensure HR actively contributes to company development, not just administration.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in HR as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of labor and social security law.
• Experience in employee and management development, as well as supporting change processes.
• Enjoyment in managing both operational tasks and strategic development.
• Structured, independent, and pragmatic work style.
• Strong communication skills, tact, high social competence, and trustworthiness.
• Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively shape initiatives.
