About the Role

The Early Careers Program offers an exciting opportunity for bachelor’s and master’s program graduates with a maximum of 3 years of work experience to gain valuable real-world experience and contribute fresh ideas within the World Economic Forum. Participants will work within specific functional areas, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to impactful projects while collaborating with experienced professionals.

Bring stakeholders together around shared goals, support thoughtful planning, and help communities maintain momentum.
Enable the digital foundation of global collaboration by designing and enhancing tools, systems, and insights.
Create the environments where global collaboration happens by designing and delivering high-impact programmes and events.
Help audiences understand the Forum’s work and why it matters by shaping clear, accessible communications.
Strengthen the Forum from within by supporting systems, culture, and values across core enabling functions like Finance, People and Culture, Legal, and Operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s and master’s program graduates.
Maximum of 3 years cumulated work experience (inclusive of internships).
Ability to select content/industry area of focus.
Ability to select functional area of focus for core enabling functions.
