About the Role

As an Operations Associate, you will join our central Applied AI function to help scale our business units through technical systems and process-oriented thinking. You’ll move beyond administrative support to become a strategic partner, optimising performance across resourcing, financial tracking, and project health. This role offers a unique vantage point to see across the entire company, providing the autonomy to shape evolving processes and embed AI into our internal operations. It’s an entrepreneurial opportunity to drive operational excellence in a high-growth, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Optimise business unit performance by aiding in financial management, project coordination, and the monitoring of project margins to identify and escalate risks.
  • Manage workforce planning data within forecasting tools to ensure accurate resourcing and identify underutilised talent for strategic initiatives.
  • Drive the maturity of internal IT systems by exploring automation and the integration of AI into core business processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide operational insights through data summaries while assisting in the dissemination of company-wide communications.
  • Support project health by tracking delivery and ensuring teams adhere to governance, best-practice and compliance processes.
  • Build deep expertise in a functional specialism to drive consistency and excellence across the entire company.
  • Facilitate internal culture and growth initiatives, dedicating time to projects like onboarding development or scaling team dynamics.

Requirements

  • Possess a systems-oriented mindset and enjoy thinking through technical processes to help a growing organisation scale effectively.
  • Strong self-prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high data accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
  • A natural relationship-builder who communicates clearly and enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders across different business units.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and technology, with a desire to learn how these tools can be applied to solve operational challenges.
  • Good numerical skills and comfort with grasping financial concepts, allowing assistance with budget tracking and data-led reasoning.
