About the Role

Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure, providing analysis, documenting work, offering timely solutions, and generally figuring things out. This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable. The role involves contributing to current projects by analyzing problems, offering solutions, and testing/modifying/automating/integrating systems, as well as long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution. You will be involved early to offer solutions, help decide feasibility, and identify technical and timeline risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal activities such as solution planning in MDM-related implementation and deployment projects.
• Drive projects as a technical lead from a technological perspective during migration initiatives.
• Serve as a technical lead for system implementation projects, covering phases from requirements definition through to migration.
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for IT infrastructure.
• Analyze problems and technical issues.
• Offer solutions and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems.
• Engage in long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution.
• Offer solutions early in projects and help determine feasibility.
• Identify technical and timeline risks upfront.
• Deal with both client expectations and internal challenges.

Requirements

• Experience leading IT device management projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in implementing MDM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE).
• General project management skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and coordinate directly with client-side project leaders.
• Experience in upstream phases such as strategy planning and solution design.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
• Microsoft-related certifications.
• Project management certifications such as PMP.
• English proficiency.
