About the Role

As a working student in Training Store and Non-Store within the People/HSE team at our Berlin location, you will support the organization and coordination of our training programs. You will ensure communication, monitoring, and reporting of mandatory training in Workday, and assist with our digital training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the organization and coordination of training, from planning to follow-up.
• Ensure communication, monitoring, and reporting of mandatory training in Workday.
• Support digital training platforms (e.g., Attensi), coordinating, translating, and integrating content.
• Actively participate in internal communication formats such as HR News, Townhalls, CSR initiatives, and employee surveys.
• Provide administrative support for maintaining distribution lists and training data.
• Work on training and communication projects.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a comparable field.
• First experience in organizing training, events, or projects is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both digital and personal.
• Structured, reliable, and independent work style with a proactive, hands-on mentality.
• High affinity for digital tools and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
