About the Role
We are seeking skilled closers who thrive on hitting targets and building strong pipelines to drive our next stage of growth. You will own deals end-to-end, contribute to revenue strategy, and work within a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, with the freedom to shape your approach.
- Build and manage a high-impact pipeline to consistently exceed revenue targets and drive company growth.
- Engage with key prospects to deeply understand their pain points and demonstrate how our solution can solve them.
- Lead dynamic product demos and negotiations to secure high-value deals and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate, data-driven forecasts to guide strategy.
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and leadership to refine strategies and achieve team success.
- Be a key player in shaping the future of the business, with contributions directly impacting scale and success.
- Expand your role and take on more responsibilities as the company scales.
Requirements
- Strong prospecting skills to proactively identify and target potential clients, ensuring consistent lead generation and sales opportunities.
- Ability to manage a full pipeline, tracking and moving deals forward efficiently.
- Proficiency in keeping the CRM updated for accurate forecasting and seamless team communication.
- Ability to take ownership of each deal from start to finish, managing client expectations, setting timelines, and handling negotiations.
- Demonstrate honesty and transparency in all dealings.
- Willingness to be open in discussions with senior leadership or clients, bringing new ideas and voicing concerns when necessary.
- Ability to work closely with SDRs, marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
- Solid grasp of the business and market to make strategic sales decisions.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and multithread across different stakeholders.

- £110,000 - £140,000 / year
- Base Salary -> £55,000 - £70,000 + Double OTE
