About the Role
This full-time position focuses on driving sales growth by identifying new customers, conducting consultations, and building strong relationships with families to showcase the value of Crimson Education's services.
Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
- Identify and interact with new potential customers
- Establish rapport with parents and students to communicate the benefits of Crimson Education
- Conduct professional sales consultations and academic assessments
- Present and promote products according to company sales processes
- Maintain positive customer relationships to drive referrals
- Onboard new clients to the Student Success Manager team
- Contact existing clients to upsell new product developments
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Continuously improve sales techniques and industry knowledge
- Host or attend sales-oriented marketing events
- Maintain communication with the Accounts team to ensure timely payments
- Provide feedback to improve sales processes
- Contribute to a high-performing team environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, or an education-oriented field, or equivalent experience
- Clear understanding of sales fundamentals
- Strong communication and customer rapport-building skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to adapt to a fully remote team across multiple time zones
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
