About the Role

This full-time position focuses on driving sales growth by identifying new customers, conducting consultations, and building strong relationships with families to showcase the value of Crimson Education's services.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
  • Identify and interact with new potential customers
  • Establish rapport with parents and students to communicate the benefits of Crimson Education
  • Conduct professional sales consultations and academic assessments
  • Present and promote products according to company sales processes
  • Maintain positive customer relationships to drive referrals
  • Onboard new clients to the Student Success Manager team
  • Contact existing clients to upsell new product developments
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and industry knowledge
  • Host or attend sales-oriented marketing events
  • Maintain communication with the Accounts team to ensure timely payments
  • Provide feedback to improve sales processes
  • Contribute to a high-performing team environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, or an education-oriented field, or equivalent experience
  • Clear understanding of sales fundamentals
  • Strong communication and customer rapport-building skills
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fully remote team across multiple time zones
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
