About the Role

This role involves coordinating e-commerce photoshoots, collaborating with the creative team on visual concepts, and supporting styling and post-production processes. The position is part-time (20 hours/week) and fixed-term for one year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate photoshoots and ensure timely arrival of collection items for e-commerce shoots.
• Collaborate closely with the EDITED creative team on e-commerce briefs, visual concepts, and styling guidelines.
• Coordinate bookings for models and stylists, and showroom availability.
• Assist with styling by preparing and assembling looks for e-commerce shoots.
• Maintain and update the styling deck to ensure all looks are prepared before each shoot.
• Participate in on-site e-commerce shoots, including securing, naming, and sorting image material.
• Contribute to post-production, including image retouching and uploading material to systems.
• Support the EDITED Marketing team with content creation for additional channels, BTS material, reporting, and other project-related tasks.

Requirements

• Coordination of shootings
• Ensuring timely arrival of all collection items for e-commerce shoot preparation
• Close collaboration with the EDITED creative team on e-commerce briefings, visual concepts, and styling guidelines for each collection
• Coordination of model and stylist bookings and showroom availability in coordination with the EDITED team
• Support styling in the preparation and assembly of looks for e-commerce shoots
• Maintenance and updating of the styling deck
• On-site participation in e-commerce shoots
• Securing, naming, and sorting of image material according to internal processes
• Involvement in post-production, especially image retouching and uploading image material into the respective systems
• Support for the EDITED Marketing team with further tasks such as content creation for additional channels, recording of behind-the-scenes material (BTS), reporting files, and other project-relevant activities
