About the Role
This role involves creating editorial content, news, and web/social media texts, managing email campaigns, and maintaining the website. You will also manage the online member portal, including access and event organization, and coordinate media relations.
Responsibilities
- Create editorial articles, news, and web/social media texts.
- Create and send mailings using the newsletter tool.
- Operate and maintain the website by uploading, updating, and ensuring the quality of content, and coordinating with service providers.
- Manage the online member portal, including access administration and event organization.
- Maintain and expand press distribution lists and research economic policy issues.
- Coordinate photographers for events, schedule interviews, provide support during events, and manage web formats.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Communications, Media, or Political Science, or a comparable qualification.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in press relations, corporate communications, editorial, or agency work is desirable.
- Excellent command of language and confident German writing skills.
- Proficient in creating short, target-group-oriented texts.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience with CMS and newsletter tools is ideal.
- Work very carefully, structured, reliably, and service-oriented.
- Demonstrate initiative, diligence, and organizational talent.
