About the Role
Assist our team in advising the water industry on legal matters concerning the entire water cycle, helping to maintain water supply and wastewater disposal.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing client advisory services.
- Address legal questions for water supply and wastewater disposal companies of various organizational forms (e.g., public utilities, special purpose associations, water associations, public law institutions, municipal utilities).
- Accompany contract and court negotiations.
- Handle expert opinions, contracts, statutes, official notices, and appeals, as well as academic research.
Requirements
- Successfully completed law studies with above-average exam results (minimum satisfactory results) being desirable.
- Prior legal knowledge in one of the mentioned fields of activity is desirable.
- Ability to quickly and independently work through complex issues.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
